Looks pretty solid to me.

You may drop one agenda point - probably Gila.

You swim in cash with this setup, so either add more expensive ice or consider dropping.. hm.. Beanstalks probably and add utility cards instead: Biotic Labor, Jackson Howard, Archived Memories or Interns.

Thanks. I wanted to make a beginner deck to help teach others how to play. Most new players need to have a lot of money to feel comfortable doing things. I found Operations to be the easiest. Play it. Get money. Everyone understands that early on. There aren't any tricks in this deck. I just wanted them to get used to game mechanics before introducing strategy.
