Still testing so don't be surprised if you get crushed by IG anyways. Maybe this is the right direction though? So far it is 1-0 in testing ... against Gagarin.

Frame Job: Thank you, Shi-Kyu.

Eater: Especially nice to flip up cards on archives if they've iced it.

Archives Interface: Even more archives fun.

Scrubber: I only wish it was consumer grade so I could have 6.

Turntable: Not super great against IG, but really nice against the astro train.

Blackmail: Don't fold against glacier, plus you are Val, so why not? 1-of programs: Don't let AI hate stop you.

Levy AR Lab Access: Let's see who can grind the best.

Account Siphon: You can spam these all day on those low ice decks.

Any thoughts? What else can we do to stop IG?

Needs more Hacktivist Meeting.

Agreed. Hacktivist Meeting has been incredible for me in Noise the last few weeks on Jinteki. I wouldn't play Anarch without 1, and likely 2, with the current meta.
