Efficiency committee rush

Here is the deck I used to win Lyon Regional in france (not exactly same deck but nearly) and store championship in paris on 15/02. My only loss was to Kate recurring parasites.

I used the exact same deck at another store and lost to Andromeda and Kit. Making honorable 3rd place.

In fact I lose if I cant score early Efficiency Comittee early and if opponent takes his time building money and is not kind enough to suffer Ichi/Grim/Roto subroutine.

Would someone have an idea of how to : - Win against Shaper that wont let you put anything in remote and will take money for a late game win (where all my ice become crap except Tollbooth) - Convert money to win. Ash is all star here but my remote are too porous to make runner affraid to come 2 times - have another ooomph ice than Tollbooth.
