The lack of SEA Source is somewhat dubious. Especially when you are running 3 Scorched Earth without a reliable way of landing a tag.

The tag plan is Wormhole targeting Data Raven. Or i get lucky with Snare!

Its not great but should be fun to try and pull off. this is a deck that has no real game plan for scoring any of its agendas.
