Franken-Reina v1.2

netrunnerdb.com this is the deck I took and I can speak to what you're going to experience with keyhole vs medium. Mostly, you're going to have a tough matchup against HB. Without Rook and Reina's ability, and bishop I struggled. Ichi is a real bear, so you might need to double parasite.

What is good is that you will be dominating the hell out of NBN, probably even NEH. Your lack of resource denial and DLR is going to make your wins slower, which might exacerbate the HB issue. As I said on facebook, you might want 1-2 vamps. maybe -1 pawn +1 vamp

The other question slot is 1 NA, it's a fantastic card, but having 1 of always makes me feel kinda meh. 3 Imps might be better, because NEH and red coats both die to those.

So in all +1 vamp +1 imp -1 pawn -1 NA would be my most likely changes.

You will have issues with CI though, without multiaccess, and no plascrete. Be very careful against Cerebral scorched.

Looking more at this, I'm pretty sure I want to do a -2 DS +2 Vamp. This may sound bad, but I've never really been a huge fan of DS, but then again I've never used Vamp, so this should prove to be interesting to say the least.

I see the point in the -1 NA and +1 Imp. I'll put that into effect too.

I've been taught the hard way to always include Plascrete, but the machismo is currently "Real Men Don't Use Plascrete" so since I was reaching out for assistance with building this deck, that was the first thing to go. My thought was that maybe I need to not make it an auto-include with every deck. It's one of those cards that will either save your bacon, or is a dead draw. We shall see what happens. Time to make my deck lists for tomorrow morning. Wish me luck to actually get in tomorrow!
