Derived from the Victoria Regionals winning decklist. I had been testing wacky criminal builds and none of them worked, so I went with something that felt close to standard no nonsense criminal. I made a few tweaks, scrubber, infiltration, and mr. Li, all of them to help out against glacier deck match ups. Also I changed from Yog and zu to just a gordian blade. I didn't run into inazuma all day, but in testing that was a thing so I changed the breakers to easily deal with it, even with no data sucker tokens.
