Marathon Running v 1.3

This deck is based on BCavalier's doppelganger test deck. I built it to really take advantage of free run events (or even getting paid for run events) and then to combo those run events into single powerful turns.

Doppelganger combos beautifully with a number of cards in this deck. For example:

First click indexing, doppel back into R&D to score.

First click demo run, doppel to bounce off an ETR to trigger John M.'s tag. Then, DLR for two clicks and run on archives to access three cards.

Doppelganger + John M. + 2 Security testing nets $4 and a card for one run.

First click run HQ (or use one of the HQ event runs), 2nd click EO on the server you want to hit, 3rd click run and doppel run, fourth click recover or hit the server again.

Doppel into any central 2x to load up on datasucker tokens.

So, while I love all these combos (and when I've managed to pull them off successfully they have been a thing of beauty) they also seem to be very expensive and my rig just isn't cutting through ICE like I'd like it to. Any ideas for how to improve this?
