The deck inspired by Travis 'Action Phase' Chance's Caissa-dilla deck from late 2013 and is made to fight NEH.

Key features -- 3 Express deliveries and 3 Xanadu to maximise chances of turn 1 xanadu. The economy has also been included with recovery from turn 1 xanadu in mind. Parasite for popup, quandary, rototurret. Bishop(with corroder/parasite) for eli1. Queens gambit to take advantage of their server spamming. Imp to trash sansan. Medium to pressure R&D.

In my new noise deck I've slotted Queens gambit, and lord have mercy its actually really awesome, if you can read your opponent and don't mind helping them score 1 agenda sometimes. It's only dead vs CI.
