I don't know if emergency shutdown goes well in here. I would think that after you have all of the corps ice rezzed, you'd want to keep it that way and just build up your own econ through kati jones to continue to break ice. I guess you could target a high cost to rez piece of ice to get a burst in your credit pool, but with the popularity of rush and FA decks, there isn't always high cost to rez ice to target.
