Possible problem: not drawing any Data Loops. (wave helps a bit)
You could perhaps deal with drawing 1 by duplicating it with Konjin and using a Cloud eater, but with 0 Data Loops you are in a bit of sticky situation so if your starting hand has a Data Loop, it might be worth keeping!

The scoring server should be Phoneutria -> Data Loop(s), can add Konjin
You can use Thimblerig to reorder the ice, allowing you to install the ice anywhere in the early game.

Cool things you can do with Moon Pool:
-Trash agenda into archives at instant speed when they run (for a flatline)
-FA 3/2 with Moon Pool in hand or 4/2 BITW with preinstalled Moon Pool
-Trash agenda in HQ at instant speed when he runs HQ
-Shuffle R&D at instant speed vs Cataloguer or other R&D control
