The government is off the grid

This deck is pretty straightforward crisium/off the grid shenanigans. With that combo, Caprice, and Excalibur, it actually is quite capable of scoring the takeover, or at least punitiving when the runner does.

Most cards are pretty self explanatory. I took Caprice over ash because she doesn't have negative synergy with crisium, so I can stick her wherever she is most needed. Elizabeth Mills is teching against Valencia, who I see a lot locally and who can ruin this deck's day. With Grim, I can justify lizzy Mills in other match-ups. If you aren't worried about Valencia then swap those out.

This deck does pretty well against a lot of match-ups, though it can get chewed up by PP Kate if you don't get a quick lead on the econ war. It does quite well against the latest Maxx siphon recursion/keyhole hotness. Against stealth you probably want to rush out Agendas and hope they don't set up in time. Or punitive.

I'd include at least one Fast Track to keep control over Government's whereabouts.

@quiciuq good advice, thanks. I had it in there earlier but it got lost somehow when finding room for other cards.
