It features: cheap ICE, heaps of operations and burst econ, 3x Snare! Whizzard hate with no trash-able cards other than the aforementioned Snare! and Jackson.

Alternative win conditions come online with SEA/Scorch and program destruction.

Ideally the goal is to stay richer than the runner until you have SEA/Scorch in hand. If the runner is careless there are many ways to punish them. If the runner is careful, rush.
