Biroid Trash Compactor (startup)

Wanted to give LEO every chance to use its ability, so we've stocked every(?) startup legal biroid card (I think). Threw in 2 measured responses to hit the influence levels, and make runners who do end up stealing something from a locked down server pay dearly.

STEP 1: Put Biroids everywhere! Emphasize ICE

STEP 2: Get extra clicks and put out more ICE

STEP 3: turtle with more ICE

STEP 4: Score an Ingatan with Dividends to act as a bonus Spin Doctor to get those biroids back out there. Resurrect them 'Roids!

STEP 5: Seamless launch Send a Message to rez more biroids!!!

How to win: idk This is not yet tested, so any advice or tweaks would be nice. I assume: WinCon 1: turtle up and score 5/3's with seamless WinCon 2: Measured Response after a taxing run and hopefully they think they're safe... (but the runner'll just draw last click?!)
