Burn Down R&D v4

In my experience with Noise, I don't need to have too much economy running it. I barely reach 10 creds at any time. But since you are running Account Siphon, Masanori and Joshua B, why not add Data Leak Reversal to the mix.

I had Data Leak Reversal in here but just ran out of space for other things.

The issue is that I would often draw hands that didn't have any economy and stall out early. Most people have EtR ice on HQ to start so getting an Account Siphon off is a risky bet to start my economy. Gorman Drip v1 takes time and Armitage Codebusting takes clicks to start running. All of this meant my early game was quite poor and once the Corp was set up defending their central servers, my Datasucker and Hemorrhage become much less effective. I was also constrained on MU with a fully operational rig.

I think I have an idea to fix it but I need to do some testing first.
