Keyhole Surgery

New ideas:

  • Same Old Thing -> Levy AR Lab Access to keep those Knights coming
  • Account Siphon -> Lawyer Up or John Masanori -> Lawyer Up to help with the card draw
  • e3 Feedback Implants does 3 things: beats Janus, beats Stronger Together, gets me discounts on Knights usage

Rest is basically the same as before. I parted with a third copy of Account Siphon - you can't have everything I guess. Went a little lighter on caissa stuff to make room for new cards and speed up the setup. Also 3 Mimics this time to maximize early aggresion (Neural Katana and Fenris are not the best ICE to facecheck).

I think Levy AR Lab Access is the way to go in order to recur Knights when they run out, as it does many more things at the same time. I still left a single Pawn as its purpose is dual - caissa recurrency and Power Shutdown protection.

Tried tag-me with Reina and failed (got murdered by Closed Accounts several times), thus Lawyer Ups went in.

Please note that Levy AR Lab Access gets removed from game when played.

I'm aware. One usage is more than enough for this kind of deck. Same Old Thing -> Levy AR Lab Access is not to recur Levy, but to be able to play it without the need of holding it in your grip for ages. You ditch Levy as soon as you draw it and also you put SOT on the table as soon as you draw it.

I see that you run fixed-strength breakers , but no Datasuckers and Parasites. Are 2 Bishops enough for Yog.0 and Mimic to be generally efficient? Is the sole Pawn worth it? I certainly get your point on Levy AR Lab Access, but do you feel that it's worth 3 influence points? I would be inclined to try Sneakdoor Beta in its place, since you have a Nerve Agent. It's a card which can be very surprising in Anarch, very efficient especially in builds running Emergency Shutdowns, but solid in nearly every such deck.

Nevermind the Pawn question, I somehow missed your explanation above. :)

Parasite has some counter synergy with caissa stuff, too many times I would like to kill something with Parasite but restrain myself because I wouldn't like to lose my hosted caissa. Datasuckers feel just awkward in this kind of deck. I suppose this build doesn't want to run centrals often enough to fuel them.

I brake big stuff with Knights. Mimic and Yog are efficient on their own and Bishops just broaden their scope from time to time.

Totally. Saved me couple of times already. It helps in late game when:

  • you run out of Knights
  • you run out of econ
  • your key fixed strength breaker was hit by Power Shutdown twice (this is a true story)

I would be inclined to try Sneakdoor Beta in its place, since you have a Nerve Agent

Nerve Agent is just a one-of without tutoring ability, but if by any chance you draw it in the right time can be devastating. I run it for occasional HQ pressure, but it is a potential cut. I wouldn't dare to accompany one-of Nerve Agent with one-of Sneakdoor.

I tried derezzing Reina decks before, and I derezzed much less than I would like to. I either drew derezzing stuff when they couldn't afford to rez, or I didn't even care to derez something cause I was breaking it very efficiently anyway...

Interesting, i run a more aggressive version, with masanory and joshua B. With some old combos and new keyhole + medium synergy. The 9 virtual account siphon and parasites help the deck to stay ultra aggressive during all the game.

you can see it here : http://netrunnerdb.com/en/decklist/1671/reina-click-advantage

The aim of the deck is to stay in phase 1 all game, the corp never have the economy for rez and score. Always facecheck for use the power of reina. Always use crypsis + stimhack for run on a remote and trash sansan or score project. Use keyhole if there are 2 or 3 glass on HQ on synergy with medium (Keyhole 2 times for stack counter on medium, run archive if there is project, run R&D with medium if not).

after some games you'll see keyhole don't replace medium, firtly because keyhole can't R&D lock, you don't see what the corp draw. In many case keyhole is combo with medium. x times keyhole and 1 medium with x counter directly after is the better way for win in 1 turn and in worst case for R&D lock.

Djinn is here for host Keyhole and medium, in bonus he can tutor,
