hb franchise cities 0.1

Hey

I terrible at making corps deck but I wanted to see how franchise city would work in an Hb deck. I thought if they hit a sleeper and I had some franchise out, it could pay off. Anyway any advice on ice, assets or anything, I would appreciate it

Breaker Bay Grid could do wonders for your economy assets. Especially Eve Campaign really benefits from it, as it turns from a bad economic exchange to a great one. You can also use it to bluff an Ash 2X3ZB9CY in your scoring server in a pinch.

I like the combo if Franchise City, Team Sponsorship and Domestic Sleepers. Maybe you're on to something here....

18 ICE is a lot and your suite is somewhat expensive; you could definitely cut some pieces for Breaker Bay Grids (as suggested by @pang4).

NAPD Contract is IMO the best option for triggering Franchise City out of , so great call there. Domestic Sleepers is also promising, and allows you to trigger Team Sponsorship easily, so I also like that. I like it enough that I'd consider three copies. I've played an HB player who scored all three DS (from hand) and two Accelerated Beta Tests, then just sat back and clicked away his next three turns while I scrambled to score the final two agendas through his Beta'd ICE to win. I did not. I respect the hell out of DS, and Franchise City seems to mitigate its downside.

I can see a situation where you have a DS in your scoring server that you IAA'd. The runner has to run it; he can't let you have the 3 points. As he chooses to access, you rez all of your installed Franchise Cities. Ouch.

You could probably cut the Encryption Protocols, or play Diversified Portfolio and/or Shipment from MirrorMorph. On their own it seems like they would slow you down too much.
