The short version is - Create a scoring server, pack it full of juicy upgrades, rez them all for free (or dirt cheap) using Breaker Bay. Make it so even if they steal something, it was not worth the cost as they lose all their breakers due to Will O The Wisp. Stop them stealing at all using NAPD, Strongbox, Ash, Off The Grid. Even better if it's a Snare rather than an agenda. Biotic out 2 points if the server falls apart. Lateral Growth/Advanced Assembly keeps the tempo up and the money coming in.

Works ok after a bit of testing but criticism welcome. Ta.
