Noise R&D destroyer

This deck is a mill deck, plain and simple: just mill and wait. You can mill 15 cards for sure, in 9/10 turn if you keep draw, install on scheherazade and pawn, mostly with a credit gain. At this poit with 5 initial draw + 9 cards + 15 cards milled, there should be around 30/49 cards in play, and at least 20 cards in the archive.

No run until you gave corp a bad pub with activist support (use new angeles city hall to avoid the tag). Don't worry if the corp get richer and richer: you can always blackmail her.

Econ is scheherazade + virus (with max 3 cost) + pawnshop (that gaves you 3 cred). Draw motor is wyldside.
