This deck is about threatening the flatline to score your 3 agendas to win.

Combos: Whirlpool + any un-rezzed Ice forces the Runner anywhere you want. Usually into a cerebral overwriter. Cerebral at 6 obviously kills at that stage, so once you have Cerebral at 6 and whirlpools its just a matter of scoring and drawing the agendas.

Unrezzed Ice + rezzed Excal stops them from running again if they can't break ExCal. Pretty brutal for the non AI builds.

Marcus helps push that Excal/Whirlpool Fire that is sometimes necessary to win.

Forcing Runners into the 3 big Taxing ice is a great way to slow them down from running at any un-rezzed ice server. Otherwise, you can use them as fodder to push the runner where you want.
