As a new player, This is my first runner deck, all advice welcome. Thank you

This looks solid for a first deck. A couple points of advice:

Off-Campus Apartment can get you a max of 4 draw, and only if it comes out before you install any of your connections. I don't think it has a place here, and the two slots you use for it can go to other resources you need more.

Chameleon is good but it will run you out of money pretty fast if you are installing it every turn. You might want some form of recurring credits to get it into play on the cheap (say, London Library, Sahasrara or Scheherazade).

Since you are running Kim, you might want some sort of HQ multi-access. Nerve Agent works quite nicely. In the same fashion, you want some way to actively win the game, which typically means multi-access on R&D. Medium or Keyhole are great for this.

@FarCryFromHuman thanks for the advice I dropped 2 off Campus and added 2 medium and 1 of the hq one, in a little tournament 2day card that did a lot of work tho was Faust, it's my new favourite card! Went 1-4 but was never out of any game.
