Constellation Protocol shifts the counters to make other space ice easy to rez, and is VERY inequitable to trash for the runner when you add the Yuri's ability.

This is an early version, that might go vegan and add in lag time and more remote asset based economy, beanstalks/commercialization maybe. This could evolve to function a bit like RP making remotes awful to deal with...the question is how to make use of that fact.

This could also be partially the baseline for a new age building a better world, where you'd swap out the tagging for trick of light, and add in fast advancable agendas.
