Caffeine and Other Assorted Stimulants

There's two main themes of this deck that blend together. One is increasing hand-size in order to use Ekomind with Sage to create a brutal ICE Breaker for any Code Gates and Barriers. The second is clicks. I want more of them. All of them in fact. One of the best ways to get clicks is by taking by taking brain damage for things like Amped Up, Stim Dealer, or Stimhack (the last isn't technically clicks... but w/e).

One key reason I want clicks is simple. Anarchs were given a glorious thing in Eater, it allows you to make effective runs which can power up various abilities... and the one(s) this deck takes advantage of are Notoriety and Quest Completed. If you have 5, 6, or even 7 clicks, it becomes possible to make three runs, and then throw down multiple of these follow-ups in one turn. Corp have something nice they've advanced and protected? Quest Complete, mine now. Nothing of interest? Double Notoriety.

More clicks also means taking advantage of effects like Duggar's or Day Job in the same turn. Duggar's -> Mass Install -> Origami x3, boom handsize to accommodate everything, including massive amounts of brain damage.

This deck is a toy and more than a little bit of me going "What idiocy can I do with this many cards?" As I play it, I'll probably pare it down to be more reasonable, but MaxX kind of encourages the bizarre.

Waiting for the San San cycle to get here (Cardhaus shipping takes FOREVER) and this kind of build just came to mind. How'd it work out for you? Were you able to lay that Sage bomb?

I haven't played with it too much. That said, it does work decently, and the ability to dig into the deck with Duggar's makes worrying about damage almost completely inconsequential. I've pulled off the Origami Mass Install after a Duggar's a few times, which is great because it allows you to keep all of the cards you pull. The one problem with the deck is that it is still pretty easy to dig through the entire deck. Also, Blacklist, from Breaker Bay will change the metagame quite a bit.

I've not really played any tournaments, but all in all, the deck is an amusing one, if nothing else.

Thanks for the reply! MaxX is always fun to try out. I'll give it a go and see what happens.
