Hobo With a Shotgun Mk 1.1

An exercise in draw power with an eye to "big" runs via Escher. Maybe T1.5: dominates mid and late game through Econ, but breaker suite needs work.

15W: (HB[TF] x1); (Weyland[GRNDL] x3); NBN[MN] x5{Forfeit x2}); (HB[ST] x2); (Jinteki[Harmony] x2); (Jinteki[RP] x1); (NBN[Haarp] x1),

3L: (Weyland[GRNDL] x1{Flatline x1}); (NBN[MN] x1); (Jinteki[RP] x1{Flatline x1}),

1T: (HB[TF] x1),

*Still not convinced on breakers...Need more payoff for Scavenge/Clone?

I have card pool up to Opening Moves, but there wasn't anything there that grabbed my attention. Thoughts?

I'm not positive on what cards are in what pack, but I could see some pretty straightforward cuts to get you to the 45 card minimum, which will increase your consistency of draw.

First, I think that the 2 omnidrives might be superflous. Akamatsu might be better, strictly due to the lower overhead, and the 1 credit recurring seems like it would be tough to pay off, unless you always install it with modded. -2 there, gets you to 47, remove the 3 rabbit holes, link is not that valuable, and if you aim to get the toolbox down, thats plenty. thats 44, add 1 toolbox and your back to 45.

I also think since you're exile, you want 3 of each thing that triggers his ability, and you can put those to good use. +2 test run +1 personalworkshop -3 sacrificial construct seems good, since you're not using sac cons for much other than program trash prevention (not clotting or faerie or crypsis). I think if you play tighter, you won't worry about program trash as much.

Also, 2 UWC can go with the link, and become 2 daily casts, which removes your order dependancy on draw. 1 proco seems like an odd choice, and might do better as another workshop, another RDI, or another SMC.

Those changes should make it a fair amount tighter...I'd take a long hard look at the Sahasraras and see how much actual value you're getting out of them, and if maybe 2 dirty laundry isn't just a cleaner econ add. Cash in the pocket is often better, even if slightly less, than recurring credits that you won't always be able to use, and this frees up your MU that you gave up from the omnidrives (which again are very order of draw dependent).

@x3r0h0ur Thanks for the critique, nice to have constructive feedback. The SacCons and UWCs were Pawnshop fodder late game, both as 'emergency funds' Econ and to mess with Corp maths, but have been unwieldy. Good call on the Omnis and Sahasraras, I haven't actually crunched the numbers but it doesn't feel like it ever gives me that "yes!" spike when I draw one.

I'll tweak the pkg and see how it feels. I've had a hard time making that drop from 49 to 45 so this will be a good lesson in evaluating cards as they contribute to the deck. Thanks again!
