This deck is Blackmail for Anarchs.

I've been playing Blackmail decks with CT in Shapers and with Rihanna in Crims, but I think this version is more solid due to the multi-access it can do with a single Blackmail. CT can give you more draw in a 40 card deck and Rihanna also provides some tutors like Express Delivery plus her abillity to look at possible targets, also with a 40 card deck.

Anarchs are a bit tricky. It's possible to spam Express Delivery or Quality Time but they got their own draw engine: Wyldslide. That's the first thing to hit the table. Then Aesop, then the combo pieces (NACH + Activist Support) and then you can trigger Blackmail runs.

To be full of wins, you'll need to install Grimoire and then trigger the 2nd part of the combo, Virus + Surge.

There are a lot of cards to have in your hands but it's the best you can make for a single Blackmail instead of random runs. Nerve Agent into Surge into Blackmail breaks a FastAdv deck that keeps their Agendas in hand. Also, Medium can exploit R&D.
