Custom Biotics (Rough draft, advice welcomed)

Haven't been able to test this deck too often, so there's a bunch of 1-ofs in there that may need to be consolidated somehow. Would like to get some insight on how to refine this deck based off of general considerations (not too sure how my meta looks at this point). The scope of the build I am trying i straight forward: Ice up, score agendas, punish stolen agendas with MR + STM, so Domestic Sleepers, while I probably would have ice instead, actually synergizes better than I expected with this in mind.

Advice is welcomed.
