Axlotl 2680

Good stuff Tenma with Laguna draw engine. Laguna+Symmetrical is neat. Tenma gives the room for both the Levy and Indexing plus bonus econ to make up a little for not splashing a fracter. Sacrificial Construct backs Tapwrm and Faerie and hates on Skorpios. Indexing/Mad Dash is Indexing Mad Dash. Also, if you push a scoring server with a Mad Dash you gain a credit from Ken. Pol Op counters Caprice, and Crisium Grids during Siphon spam mode. You can use the Same Olds to Siphon lock, or just to keep spamming Indexing, situation depending.

Couldn't decide between Saker and Demara, so 1 each is the compromise there. Both have niche utility and better matchups, like Saker vs Vanilla and Wraparounds Demara vs Bastions and Elis.

Cool idea! From playing TD as Steve and splashing 2x Lagunas I think it's a really great card so nice to see others using it. From testing do you think Levy is necessary in here?

Maybe not strictly necessary, but I do desire it. Cycling back through the deck is strong and Laguna leads to that in short order. Without Levy you'd want some sort of perpetual econ source for the endgame or tailor the deck towards an even stronger rush.
