You might be stepping on yourself a lot here: (1) Theophilius Bagbiter without Kati Jones and without Faust. So the large hand size is merely for setting up and kill protection? (2) Donut Taganes with 19 events in your deck? (3) Calling in Favors for 3 connections? (4) Why don't you use more of your influence (only 3 spent)?

It looks like you're working with a core set and H&P. There are some great shaper and anarch cards from the core set that you can include to help balance out your deck, including Diesel for draw (to get your rig set up faster) and Datasucker + Parasite, which you can combine to destroy ICE.

Your current breaker suite is really specialized. Although not bad, it enables you to hit central servers efficiently and remotes very rarely. If you want to keep that breaker set-up, I'd recommend focusing the rest of your deck around that strategy. Use things Medium or The Maker's Eye to threaten R&D (probably not both, though, to save influence for other things). I'd recommend 2-3 Maker's because you already have Public Terminal. You'd be getting lots of Datasucker tokens, which you could use with Parasite to wreck ice on troubling remotes.

The core set had limited economy options, so I'd encourage you to include as many -giving cards as possible: 3x Easy Mark, 3x Sure Gamble. Tri-maf Contact was designed to use with Crash Space, and combined with Security Testing gives you two ways to basically for 2 every turn, so those are great includes. Bank Job is solid. You could possibly use Armitage Codebusting if you still find yourself clicking for credits a lot. I know it sucks to spend so many deckslots on econ cards, but any card you can't pay for is effectively blank.

@catch8088 pointed out some clashing cards, and I see a couple others. When Grappling Hook is used, all of your Q-Coherence Chips get trashed. This forces you to never install more than 1 QCC at a time, so extra QCCs and Hooks will fill up your hand. Consider Akamatsu Mem Chip for more memory if you want the Hooks.

Lastly, you have 1 Desperado and 1 Logos, which are both consoles and can't be installed at the same time. Not only that, but unlike programs, you can't trash one when you install the other. So once you install one, that's it. I think you're best off borrowing a Desperado, using a proxy if your opponent is okay with it, or using 2-3 Logos. Logos and Iain both reward you for letting the corp score, which lets you focus on setting up your rig early without falling too far behind.
