The purpose is Click Depravation. The new Agenda Voting Machine Initiative is a major step towards this playstyle being viable, not sure if Tier 2 or even 3. Score them behind 2-3 ICE server. The optimal setup is ICE | BERed Janus/Heimdal | ETR ICE.
The deck has tight econ, trying to optimize it. Use the Shell Corporation on a "failed" Aggressive Secretary bluff and make some creds. Use Architect for re-installing used Adonis and GRNDL Ref.
Still on the fence between Strongbox and Heinlein Grid, both are quite handy. Theme-wise Strongbox is more accurate but I think Heinlein is more destructive.

I was contempating Ruhr Valley but it is a sure target for the upcoming Political Operative and/or Councilman. On the other hand it is more taxing than Strongbox and the synergy with Voting Machine Initiative is obvious. 6 creds though... Another thought was Advanced Concept Hopper in place of Project Vitruvius, that gets the econ going. |

Rez/Trash wise it's real bad, but I've tested a one-off Rhur Valley in my HB decks with heavy Roids. Once the server gets up, and you stick Rhur in it. Man o' man, the runner ain't happy.
