Leela the Medium

My first try at a Leela Patel deck. My first impressions have been that she's quite strong, and that her ability isn't super "build-around" the way the H&P ID's are. Basically you want to threaten R&D lock, then deny money with Siphon when you force the corp to leave HQ undefended. Medium is the bossiest boss.
