This is a bit of a weird deck I built, refined a bit, and have had a ton of fun playing. If set-up the right way, it can create some very interesting games. Though it strives for consistency, there are a diverse set of win conditions which makes each game an interesting experience.

What you're aiming to do is to generate an absurd amount of money with Green Level Clearance, Hedge Fund, and Restructure. You then want to Install-Advance-Advance a card in an empty server. If it's a Cerebral Overwriter and they run it, you hit them for two brain damage. If they don't run it, you just keep advancing that thing until you can use Back Channels for an absurd amount of money.

But sometimes these are going to be your 5/3 agendas, and in that case you're looking to sneak them out as Cerebral Overwriters or hope to have a Punitive Counterstrike kill if they do manage to take an agenda away from you.

As for ice, you want the Janus 1.0s and Excaliburs to go in front of R&D to prevent your opponent from getting multiple R&D accesses in a turn and Mother Goddess to stop Account Siphons cold. (This is also the reason for the Closed Accounts. Most criminals will feel comfortable floating tags against you. That's when you steal all their money and hit the with a Punitive.)
