Mental Health Clinic works against your plan of winning by damage (for example scorch followed by 2 neural EMPs won't be lethal). But you do need money, so maybe use Celebrity Gift? I haven't played in a tournament yet myself so all this is just theorycrafting at the moment.

I would remove Mental Health Clinic and Chairman Hiro. How will you defend it? I would include Celebrity Gift for the money, it is a great card. Tsurugi can help you a lot and Jackson Howard would replace Beanstalk Royalties. You can return the Snare! back and/or Hedge Fund if you need the money. Also with a lot of MaxX: Maximum Punk Rock out there I would take a least a Gila Hands Arcology and include a Chronos Project.

Well, this are just some ideas. I've been playing ever since with Jinteki: Personal Evolution. Lotus Field is also a great ICE. but I've already proposed so many changes that I will shut up :)

Cut katana and caprice for cerebral cast, only play it when the runner would die to scorch if they take the tag, so that they take the BD, make your job easier over all.

At the first I would remove #Mental Health Clinic from the same reasons as others advised. You may replace them with #Pad campaign if you will. As a meta call one #Gila Hands Arcology over #Chronos Project.

Generally I am not sure about your concept of scoring agendas. You don’t have actually any advanceable traps and this works against your idea of having 5/3 and 4/2 agendas. Add some #Cerebral Overwriter or #Project Junebug as a traps and maybe two #Ronin which can very often initiate effective kill and mainly – your deck can not punish cautious runners without him. #Jackson Howard is quite a must have here and I don’t think #Beanstalk Royalties worth the influence especially when you have #Mushin No Shin in faction. I understand you would like to score rather behind ices, but one #Caprice Nisei will not save a day. #Chairman Hiro is very risky and can work quite often against you. I see the synergy with #Labyrinthine Servers , but I don’t think it worth over #The Future Perfect and also #Fetal AI brought me some kills as well. I don’t have very good experience with playing support ices like #Chum when I am let say under 15 ices. I really like #Swordsman here and due the current meta, I wouldn’t be shy to play two of them at all. #Data Raven and two #Scorched Earth … you know it is very common to splash one Scorch in PE and people know that. It is in these decks just as a Siphon rush protection. I would play just one of both if you really want to, but better job will do for you two #Pop-up window and saved influence could go for #Eli 1.0 . #Quandary could be better #Yagura . Personally I would skip even #Neural Katana as this just expensive one trick pony which very rarely triggers effectively and it is not taxing at all – breaking with #Mimic is just for 1 credit and this is really common breaker.
