I know a little something about this type of build, and I think you'll need more ice, especially hard ETRs. I would fit in some bastion action, and probably quandary. I'd take out 3 pad and put in 3 quandry, and remove 2 hiemdall 1.0 and add 2 bastion. Personally I'd cut 1 CO and add a fenris, and swap at least 1 ichi for a fenris. Early fenris is key, and it works very well because everyone runs first without a breaker vs HB, since they presume they can click through. Thats a free brain damage (ok 1 bad pub and some bucks), and it stops them. Vitruvious is fairly important to the gameplan too, so that if you can overscore it by 2, you need only 1 Neural EMP to 'have' 3 copies.

X3r0h0ur is absolutely spot on for the most part. I would cut one neural emp (I run two in my HB trap deck, and with an overclocked Vitruvius, and that feels just about right) and replace it with another fenris. With that in mind, I'd drop the three NAPD's, and replace them with three Vitruvius.

I would also say drop edge of world, which I don't feel functions that well in HB decks with their slightly bigger agendas. Yeah, you can bluff it out for being a False Lead or an ABT, but I find people tend not to run remotes with unadvanced face down cards as a rule of thumb. That might just be me however, but it just feels like a dead card to me, one I would rather replace with possibly two inazuma and more hard end the run or bioroids depending on what else you are running.
