9 Feb 2015 Phoenix Have you not considered some way of increasing your hand size to help mitigate the clock that is Stim Dealer, particularly if you are using Amped Up? Also, there are too many >strength 5 barriers around to just rely on Morning Star - Hadrian's Wall, Asteroid Belt, Curtain Wall and Fire Wall with one advancement to name a few.
