Mushrush [startup]

In an attempt to get some new startup lists on NRDB, members of Rigging Up are going to be publishing deck-lists as we play them today and prove they aren't complete garbage to each other.

This deck has one goal: win, and do so faster than they can install breakers. It's by no means optimal, but it has won a couple games so I think its neat to show off, since PT is a weird ID
