[Startup] Get On That Thule Grindset

Thule! This is strongly based on Oddball's Thule Prison List. As my first CO, I wanted to play Thule because they seem mean and fun.

I went up to 54, cut a 3 pointer to add 3 Superconducting hubs because I was trying to stick core damage through big archive pulls.

I went 2-2 on the day.

Game 1 vs Padma Boat Landed some nasty early anvils, and they ran archives into 3 one pointers and 2 nightmare archives. I stuck 2 core and steadily ground them out of the game

Game 2 vs Zahya Aggro Drew lots of agendas, didn't draw any ice, couldn't stabilise in time. Deck needs slightly more ice.

Game 3 vs Padma Boat Steady back and forth, bounced them from a remote with Nanisivik grid on click 3, they ran archives, took 5 core damage from 1 pointers and flatlined.

Game 4 vs Padma Boat Great, long game that I lost to decking. Wasn't sure how to transition to aggressively winning, and only stuck 1 core. Could've hit another with a Nani grid but didn't (mistake 1!) and wasted my Djupstad's(mistake 2). Was very winnable but I misplayed and they played the matchup very well.

Changes - I'd drop a Hendrik, and add an Enigma - the list is slightly too thin at the moment on ice. I'd potentially even go up 2 and drop a Marilyn.

Had a lot of fun, learnt a lot, and hope to play more in the future.
