Mandatory-Blitz 1.2

This deck has actually done surprisingly well, I think it usually catches opponents off guard. Initially in this deck I running more 2/3 Agendas, but then I found I usually have to score out 4 Agendas to win. So I switched to 3 Global Food and 21 Agenda points.

The game plan is to get as many clicks as possible. Usually this accomplished by using Mushin No Shin on Mandatory Upgrades (most players don't run on a Mushin'ed card against HB, fearing traps). Even if your opponent does run on the Mandatory Upgrades, its good!, because that turns on Media Blitz and you can still get 4 clicks.

With 4 clicks you can: Score Project Vitruvius from Hand, Double Biotic out a Global Food, Play Melange and use it in the same turn

If you can score a Mandatory Upgrades and your opponent stole one (or you feed them one), you now have 5 Clicks. You can: Over-advance a Project Vitruvius from hand (great for reoccurring Media Blitz or Biotic), single Biotic out a Global Food.

Archived Memories is there is reoccur Media Blitz (usually because your opponent is playing a lot of Currents to override Media Blitz) or to reoccur Biotic Labor.

It's by no means a top-tier deck, but it is pretty fun to pilot.
