One of the things that took me a lot of time and losses to realize is that A:NR is not about pulling a specific combo (like MTG to large extent is) but rather to have a small, interesting idea revolving around particular synergy or strategy. Add a few cards that support it and with the remaining ones try to create most versatile cushion against most popular threats in your meta. You have the idea. You want to tag and use cards like Psycho, Shipment from Sansan to score. And with the help of Sansan City Grid, Astro you can do it fast or out of hand.

But how do you tag? There are 7 cards that do that in your deck.

Breaking News? Gives tags temporarily. Not an option.

Datapool? You will likely need Psycho to be able to score it.

Midseason? This one is great but just one copy.

Data Raven? The moment runner encounters it he will calculate whether he has enough clicks and money to get through and remove tags. If he doesn't he will end the run.

If you want to score with Psycho more Midseasons will be needed. Combos like Sea Source + Big Brother could be an option. Or more ICE with taging potential, such as Draco or Shadow.

You dedicate a lot of cards to tag so you may consider adding cards to cash on it (Closed Accounts, Scorched, Private Security Force to name few).

It's almost impossible to play Kaguya in this deck. It can be used when there are two cards on the table that can be advanced. You only have agendas. You'd probably need to add Ice Walls, Shadows and some traps to make it remotely useful.

In ICE department str 5 Atman and cash is enough to get through. You probably need more variety. Some cheap ETRs (paper/ice wall) and Shadows instead of Caduceus would be my first choices.
