Get going as fast as possible and rush out those agenda points. If I don't start with an Astro, I'll usually mulligan. I've been known to score an astro first turn with Biotic and Shipment to SanSan. Biggest worry in this deck is making sure they don't just beat you off of R&D. Always keep something facedown on HQ to avoid the Siphon. Found that Grim is great and can really slow them down looking for that Corroder again.
