I would agree with Oneiro. The reason Chaos Theory is so good is the 40 card deck. I made a deck very similar to this with the same idea, to run big, efficient breakers. However when I actually sat down to play it, Nerve Agent ended up being the card that won me most of my games. I ran Datasuckers to deal with huge ice and increase the efficiency, and I threw in a Corroder as well to get through the early ice (though even something like Snowball should be fine). Also you should plan on only getting 1 Test Run/Scavenge combo off unless you put in more card draw, so plan around having to pay for your big breakers. And you also probably need you Dinosaurus to hit the table before you put down you Morning Star which I've always found to be really difficult to do. Replacing it with a different console is at the very least worth considering. And with MO and Self-modifying Code, you'll have space for one other program out (torch), so that's something to keep an eye on. I would consider dropping the HQ Interface for Legwork or two because you have the influence (or substitute in a Nerve Agent if you can make the memory). In shaper hitting both centrals and their remote is so punishing. |
There are a few things striking my eye: 1. Why don't you try to get more out of your spare influence? 2. One of the powers of CT is to have a fourty-card-deck. By having 45 Cards you completely nullify her main ability. You should either choose another ID over CT (in this case Kate would probably be the best choice) or strip your deck down to 40 cards. 3. Although you can install morning star on a dinosaurus there are still some barriers you won't be able to get through (e.g. curtain wall) - you could use your spare influence to maybe get one or two corroders to be prepared for such a situation (or splash parasites/ datasuckers) 4. i am not sure if you rly need those interfaces. With your event-heavy deck i would rather add another legwork and maybe one or two makers eyes. 5. I would choose between Kati Jones and magnum opus - playing both is pretty useless. (take opus - you have enough ways to tutor it, if it's not in your opening hand) 6. I am also not too sure about those daily casts - imo they're too slow and you have enough eco to leave them out 7. With Opus on the table two plascretes should be enough, because you are able to build up lots of money if you need to win a trace or to minimize its effect 8. dirty laundry--> same as DC
Just my two cents - hope that helps you improving your deck :)
