Jankrunner#1 - NSI - Never stop installing

After tournament season, we wind down with a series of events aimed at wacky, fun, somewhat workable maybe decks. This is #1, NSI (never stop installing)

The rig comes in two stages. Early on, install all the 0 cost programs with hayley and use brahman+NRE+ice carver to bust through ice. Always be drawing and gaining that cash money with proCo and kati and scherezade. With hayley, proco, and scherezade, 3 clicks of draw draw install 2 programs is 4 dollars, and then you can click kati. And you're always drawing so you draw into the combo.

Mid to late game you're targeting ice with LLDS+chameleon off of personal workshop, using Brahman to clean up the extras. as a power play you can run and bounce brahman off cheap ice, then draw, then replay brahman for +3 strength, then run again. With ice carver and NRE you'll have an effect s8 icebreaker for that run.

Pure jank. But fun and possibly workable ish.
