Virus-rich Ecosystem

This is purely concept, at the moment...but I really love Omar's ability and wanted to see if I could leverage it with some virus power and Levy recursion. I tested it on Tuesday, and it did ok, but kinda fizzled without Rumor Mill (not to mention a critical misplay I made when I dropped both my Black Orchestras in the heap, knowing that my opponent was playing HB with NEXT Bronzes, but simply sleeping on the fact that Ark Lockdown exists now) so I made that one minor change. If I can just avoid dumb mistakes, I think this could do good in my league. :) Feedback encouraged!
