After a bit of discussion with CodeMarvelous, here is another update to my NEXT Design idea. It's just slight ICE modifications. It's going to be interesting, seeing if 3x Mother Goddess proves to be fruitful for early game (providing the runner doesn't install AI breakers), or if it turns out to be overkill. The answer will, if nothing else, reveal itself soon. :)
