Crim deck meant to lock down R&D and HQ In progress, looking for advice on fixing up Right now, looks like it might have problems with low link power and economy.

Side note: I don't have any data packs in the Genesis cycle, but I have all of Spin and both C&C and H&P

I'd take out the mediums and replace the with RDI, it's les influence and it's enough pressure. I would also check your events and resources, you have too mano 1 ofs and no way to tutor for them. You should focus On what works best for you or best serves your plan and play more copies of those instead.
