I thought Leela was crap. So I netdecked a few things and tried them out, and found that she's not crap. She's comparable to the "guaranteed advantage" runners like Andromeda: Dispossessed Ristie, in that her ability will almost certainly fire throughout the game. You can keep Gabriel Santiago: Consummate Professional out of the HQ, you can laugh at Whizzard: Master Gamer with Operation economy, but you can't not score/steal agendas. Unless you get flatlined too early. Then you have something else to worry about.

Surgical Strikes

Logos is the superstar of the deck. I've beaten down a couple of NEH rush-downs with nothing but Leela's bounce and Logos on the table. Use Logos to pull Indexing, Keyhole, Sneakdoor Beta, the breaker to complete your rig/enable Account Siphon, Legwork, Emergency Shutdown their oversighted whatevers, Plascrete Carapace when you know a scorch might be coming, Same Old Thing for another Indexing/Legwork/[Inside Job] or Emergency Shutdown(/en/card/01021) for that Curtain Wall... Etc etc.

It's beautiful. It's the criminal's definitive tutor.

It's the enabler of precision, surgical strikes in conjunction with Leela's ability. Use it wisely.

If the corp doesn't bite?

Often the corp ends up "playing around" Leela's ability. That's fine, the later the game gets, the more agendas get clumped. That's what HQ Interface and Sneakdoor Beta is for, although it seldom gets to that. There is an abundance of Economy in the deck, clocking in at 14 cards plus a potential 6 Account Siphon, although it's still possible for Leela to run out of steam, so it's important for her to setup her highly surgical strikes sooner rather than later. She's no turtle. Maybe a copy of Magnum Opus may change that, but there's not really enough MU for that. You want that Keyhole pressure or Sneakdoor Beta pressure. Most likely switching as the opportunity presents itself.

Draw. Keep drawing. Maybe this deck needs some draw power in case the Logos doesn't come early enough, but I've never really had problem with just using click to draw.

Honestly, I'm not that good at Leela. She's just super fun to play. Cerebral without being Shaper-level nuts difficult to pilot.
