Noise's Haberdashery (v1.0)

I ran this Noise list at Worlds and was quite happy with it overall despite going 3-4. There's definitely variance risk and that did hurt me in the tournament, since I had a couple of slow starts, but I accepted that risk going in and hoped to get a little bit more lucky than I did. I lost two coinflips to NEH decks at 5 points to 7, which I was okay with.

On the whole I think the core is pretty solid. Until some better draw options come out, I may run -1 Medium, -1 SOT, +2 Djinn to get the Cache train rolling if they happen to be at the bottom of my deck.
