I have been working on this list for a while. I feel like it is very close to being finished, but could probably use a few tweaks. I feel like it could really use a Clot, but I'm not sure that I want to pull a Lucky Find or 2 multi-threaders for it. It lacks HQ multi-access, but I have won games by locking down a remote and timing my HQ accesses right.

Prepaid without Levy to really kick the efficiency into high-gear on the 2nd pass of the econ cards seems a bit strange. How about -1 scavenge and +1 levy ? Also, for modded, you only have 3 full-value targets -- Cerebus, Shrike, and 1 RDI -- so seems those would be better served as other econ cards -- kati, symmetric visage, same old thing ( for makers, levy, or even sure gamble with a pad or 2 out). Just some thoughts. Imho, if you want clot (and it would be very good to add since this already has a good glacier matchup but bad vs. fastro), then I think the way to go would be give up on prepaid-econ and lucky finds then go with more traditional of daily casts, etc. Same # of econ cards, just more influence to play with.

I did some testing tonight, and I think you're right about the Levy. The Modded's main target is actually Security Nexus. It also helps minimize the impact of a 2nd install on a turn, usually after a quality time. If you are only installing one thing per turn with this deck in the early game you are moving far too slow.

The changes I made after tonight:

+1 Stimhack +1 Levy AR Lab Access +1 Clone Chip +1 Same Old Thing +1 Trade-In +1 Clot −1 The Maker's Eye −1 Plascrete Carapace −1 Scavenge −3 Multithreader

I am also considering a change to an Opus style build instead.
