Aniccam Lat

I've always liked Lat as a runner given his ability for clickless draw. I've tweaked this deck so much, and I think I finally arrived at the best framework with a couple variations.

I've also always liked The Artist even though I've not convinced of its quality. I do know that when I play Lat I'm always clicking for a credit to get the ID to fire. So, why not click for two credits with one of the icons of Netrunner. Also, I know I'll always need to install things. So, why not get a discount while I'm at it.

The main econ package is Events + Fermenter + Simulchips. Aniccam allows for more draw in addition to Punitive and PE protection.

The tech cards -- Pinhole Threading, Miss Bones, and No Free Lunch -- represent the variations I previously spoke of. Miss Bones and No Free Lunch help tremendously against the R+ matchup. You could drop two Lunches in favor of the third Fermenter along with Takobi for those dumb massive ICE decks.
