Seems to me you may as well have a second Eli 1.0 rather than the Ice Wall. At 1 strength, it's no more effective against the most common fracter Corroder than Wraparound would be.

@PaxCecilia Thank you for the suggestion. Will look into it, as well as maybe substituting for different ice, like Wall of Static.
