Ok, I found a fun way to "break" this card. It works well with Bacterial Programming. You just draw all 7 cards and then fire Your Digital Life. Haven't found a good way to transition that into a win condition yet.

Punitive Counterstrike. They steal a 3-pointer, you use it to dig for your missing pieces. Click 1, gain a bunch of cash. Clicks 2-3, shoot them!

Your Digital Life is an “HQ-size matters” earner.

For example, when you you have 6 cards in hand (nb. when YDL was your 7th!), it nets +$4 (like Sure Gamble, from $2 to $6.

Note that you'll want enough clicks to both (A) draw a lot of cards (such beyond the default maximum) to gain a lot of credits, then (B) play a lot of those cards (before discarding to hand size). In particular, when you have a lot of operations in hand you want to play, or a lot of ice you want to install deeply, it gives you the credits you need to play/install them.

Synergies:

nb. In NBN: Reality Plus taggers (like Virtual Service Agent and Ping) are clickless/post-discard multi-drawers too. Same with (some) installation in Near-Earth Hub.

Compare:

  • Sweeps Week, the “player-complement”.
  • Celebrity Gift, which earns twice as much (extremely powerful), though it maxes out at 5 as well as “spending” the cards facedownedness (but not the cards themselves).
  • Reuse, which “spends” HQ (and doesn't just count HQ).

Related:

  • IQ, another “HQ-size matters” card (though in Haas-Bioroid, the Corp faction with the most Your maximum hand size is increased by 1. effects).

This is the single best burst economy card of the game.

This card combine really well with the most used asset in the game : Rashida Jaheem.

The fun part is that Your Digital Life combine even better with three agendas : Midnight-3 Arcology, Bacterial Programming and Superconducting Hub.

The best interaction is with Bacterial Programming and Punitive Counterstrike. When the runner steals Bacterial Programming, the corp get to draw 7 cards, thus having a high probability of finding one Punitive Counterstrike (or the second, if one is in hand). On the corp turn, the corp can first play Your Digital Life to get around +10, allowing Punitive Counterstrike to land much easily for 3 meat damages. A second Punitive Counterstrike will usually flatline the runner.

Another notable interaction is with Haas-Bioroid: Precision Design and Midnight-3 Arcology, where the corp can keep more cards in hand, allowing the corp to bounce back from a low amount of credits after scoring.

At 2 influences, it is easy to use out of faction.

While the art, name and quote goes well together, it really does not mesh that well with the effect of the card. If it is based around the use of digital currency like Bitcoin, it is evading me. Is it a missed opportunity? Still, it is a nice card.
