Nebula FA, Elevation Startup (early)

Early iteration of a Nebula FA list for startup (25.04 ban list).

FA Combos:

• 3 advances
  • Flipped ID + Petty Cash
  • Flipped ID + Peer Review
  • Flipped ID + Sudden Commandment at threat 3
  • Nanomanagement
  • Sudden + Peer at threat 3
• 4 advances
  • Flipped ID + Sudden + Peer
  • Flipped ID + Nano
  • Sudden + Nano

You can also do some kickflips for five but that's a waste of FA tools. Nanomanagement is your most important tool because it lets you close the game against someone who is keeping you locked out of the flip. You could go to one copy to free up influence, but the you're often forced to fetch it with Embedded Reporting or just in the waiting room and getting your RnD raided.

Note, you shouldn't FA out every single point. The Ping and Flyswatter are there to let you just jam out the first agenda or two, then you actually have FA tools around for when the first breakers come out. Regoliths are a placeholder until some good money alternative is identified.

Alternative card choices:

• Plutus: Turns out that there's a lot of transactions that can go in the list, any of which lets you FA out with a flipped ID, or you can FA with an unflipped ID if there's a Peer Review in archives. But it requires you to actually have a bit of a tougher remote otherwise it will get checked and trashed at minimal cost.
• The Holo Man: same sort of deal with FA/NA, but no influence and doesn't get you money if it sticks around.
